We collect the email address and password you use to create an account, and the records you enter into the app: companies, properties, tenant names, lease dates, rent amounts, income entries, and expenses. If you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address, and profile image from Google.
Your data is used only to operate the service: to authenticate you, to display your portfolio, and to calculate the totals shown on your dashboards. We do not sell your data or share it with advertisers.
Records are stored in a managed database with row-level security, so each account can read and write only its own records. Traffic is encrypted in transit. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password.
We use strictly necessary cookies and local storage to keep you signed in and to remember your cookie choice. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Blocking essential cookies will prevent sign-in from working.
You are responsible for the tenant details you enter and for having a lawful basis to store them. Only your account can see them.
Records are kept until you delete them. Deleting a company removes its properties, income, and expenses. To delete your entire account and all associated data, contact us at the address below.
You may request access to, correction of, export of, or deletion of your personal data at any time.
